Dhamma Studies and Regular Monthly Classes

What is Dhamma? In Buddhism dharma means cosmic law and order, but is also applied to the teachings of the Buddha. In Buddhist philosophy, dhamma/dharma is also the term for “phenomena”. There is no difference in these words, only the language. The idea is the same. Dhamma is in the Pali language and Dharma is in the Sanskrit language.

To Support Your Spiritual Practice beyond the Guided Meditation Sessions, there are many offerings available to deepen your studies of the teachings of the Buddha. You will find a wonderful resource just downstairs in the Open Hand Buddhist Resource Center. There are many books available to borrow.
